Regionalization

Navori was designed for networks that require isolation between multiple tenants. Tenants can be defined as regions or locations with a company or department etc. The Navori platform lets administrators assign each tenant their own domain ensuring users can only see their own group/sub-group hierarchy. The system is secure, reliable and features a wide range of user access controls which are essential to any network operator.

  • Administrators are in complete control of the network.
    • Create user accounts that have a predefined expiry date.
    • Users can be locked out at any time.
    • Fully programmable user rights. Create group specific administrators, managers and user accounts.
    • Assign and manage user IP restrictions (up to 10 static IPs can be assigned per user account). g., user can log in to the system from his office but not from home.  This type of control is essential for business applications.
    • Control access by group or individual sub-group(s). Root level administrators are in total control of what users can see and access on the system.
  • Playlists can also be assigned to a group that contains multiple levels of sub-groups.

This will support a national, regional and local organization.  Playlists in the upper levels can be made available to lower levels permitting global/local playlist management.

Users can drag and drop multiple items to add them to a playlist simply by holding down the control (Ctrl) key while they select and drag the media items into the playlist.

Control of Digital Signage Platform across Individual & Multiple Screens

Navori can drive a single display up to an array. Navori also supports Synchronized content across multiple digital screens. People can see the same information on every screen which is perfect for the RaceTrac application. Synchronized content can also be triggered and played using touch screens.

Previewing Playlists

  • Users can preview uploaded videos in full screen, directly from the content library at any time.
  • Users can generate forward looking reports (previews) that show how all the content will play per each playlist’s parameters. Preview reports indicate which content is an Ad and which is regular content. Reports can be prepared for any period in the future and exported as CSV files for easy distribution.

Screen Grouping Videos

Navori can support all types of screen arrays, even running on different Operating Systems.

Mass Upload of Content Assets

You may select individual files, or use Ctrl+A to select all the files in a folder. Drag and drop your file(s) into the Content Library. When multiple files have been selected, you will see the number of files as you drag them over!

Content Tagging

  • You can tag any content, including media files, web URLs, streaming video, live TV and templates.
    • Tags are assigned in the Content Properties. You can tag content when you add it to the library or do it later.
    • To assign tags to content already in your content library, double click its thumbnail. The content properties will open.
  • The tag section is on the second screen.
  1. Tag selection drop-down list. All tags assigned to players will appear in this field. Selecting a tag will automatically add it to the assigned list (#3).
  2. Matching type. There are two options to choose from. Partial match and exact match.
    • Partial match means that players must have at least one of the tags assigned to the content.
    • Exact match means all the assigned tags must also be assigned to the player. If you don’t have an exact match, the content will not play.
  3. Assigned tag list. This is where your assigned tags will appear.  To remove tags from the list, click the X in the right column.
  4. Include/Exclude content.
    • When include is selected, the content will be shown by players that have the matching tag(s).
    • When exclude is selected, content will not be shown on players that have the matching tag(s).

Your tags will appear in the Content Library, under the item name.

Interactive Communication Features

  • Dynamic Data Feeds
    • This feature lets you deliver personalized content such as weather forecasts, pricing, or any other location specific content to any display. Using dynamic data feeds, a single template can be published to all your players and each one will retrieve its own unique data.
      • Here are some examples.
        • National quick service restaurant chains can ensure the right pricing and promotional information is shown in each region or location.
        • Show localized information such as weather forecasts, news and other useful information from a single shared template.
