Program Rollout

Approach

Upon being awarded the RFP, PTG would immediately get to work on executing the deployment plan for RaceTrac. Our approach includes:
  • Creating a Workback Schedule in Microsoft Teams that is specific to the RaceTrac Scope of Work
  • Curating Custom Documentation for the Rollout which includes a Scope of Work document, Installation Guide, Training Videos and Certificates of Completion
  • Weekly Meetings: PTG runs all rollouts on the Entrepreneurial Operating System, which includes Program Milestones, Risks and Opportunities for the program, Rollout Statistics and Weekly To-Do's. These meetings are conducted weekly and stakeholders from RaceTrac are welcome to join.
  • Reporting: RaceTrac can expect Weekly Reports with Rollout Statistics, threats to completion, and major weekly wins.

Methodology

PTG prefers to base our methodology for working with customers in technology. We will build a custom website with (at minimum) the following information:

  • Program Overview
  • Technology Solutions
  • Content Best Practices
  • Network Requirements
  • Request a Content Update
  • Request a Service Visit
  • Frequently Asked Questions

Store Education

We believe our #1 job is to teach the RaceTrac stores about the technology options that are made available to them through RaceTrac Corporate & PTG, as well as new and exciting updates that are coming via content and feature set updates. We are committed to being an open and available resource to the dealers that provides prompt communication and updates as it relates to their in-store digital program.
